Third mileage balance of the year, maintenance is continuing in good conditions since January with the possibility of ten hours of sport per month compared to last year. This will allow me to grill less progress than last year to be in good shape for my summer season triathlete.

Aquathlon Lille
once will not hurt I ' So I attended a Aquathlon ie a competition without my favorite discipline => bicycle.
the menu this afternoon Lille 2km in turbulent water of Marx Dormoy chained with 10 km walk around the pool recovery mode and Explosive sum competition guy who forgets to m'avantager:)) and therefore a very good work weaknesses in perspective all in a mix of drift and cardiac muscle acidity.
I get to go in line with the big swimmers I'm going to have to finally take up not long lol. After taking a swim in my water lines fellow ^ ^ I leave the water in 28 min 50 be 1min26 in the 100m intermediate wet but happy in 9th position. (Bac 50m)
I agree with a transition in my shoes walking as fast as possible and go for the 10km, I'd end up in 34min15 (9.7 km) after taking over two competitors and not running away from Adrien my first swimming coach ^ ^.
it is at 7th place I finished this course Aquathlon and the 4th place in the championship chti biloute ^ ^.

A test in an impeccable organization, in joy and good mood Chtitriatlille not to be missed for 2011 (me chauvinist?:);))
next competition scheduled for July 31 ... CD Bay Tri sum ...

LLN 10 miles ...
Under a sunny spring I made my first tournament of the year ==> 10 miles from LLN.
starting entry climbing to a succession of raids mounted shift in the city, a real go-kart track. Then a relatively flat around the lake and go for a succession of climbs and descents increasingly debilitating over the miles. A race far from fast but not banal things change and it hurts ^ ^
I kept contact with the head down 7th kilometer before having to let it slip away. Finally 55min34 for 15.14 km and a 4th place which becomes usual:))
a recovery friendly and a good session to redo:)
