Numero De Serie X Blades
extreme Lille ... 1 win / 1 ankle
In autumn Sunday I decided to take part in a 30 km trail to break the monotony of training and to walk a workout at the heart of the citadel of Lille.
departure is at 10.30, I decided to forcing the entrance not knowing how my body will react once the 25 km past.
after a few strides I am head maintains a steady pace (3min30/km) to achieve the initial difficulties with a comfortable lead.
challenges keep coming, the gap slowly with my first pursuers (the boys club ^ ^), I can deal with it through many parts of the circuit where it crosses.
But after 12km in a meadow full flat dreaded accident happens, probably due to a lack of lucidity, I twisted the ankle miserably. I can not run, I walk a hundred meters and comes somehow to run back and limping: (after 2 to 3 km on the ankle this rate is less painful. At the end of lap 15 km I decide start the second. I would arrive to reinforce my lead until the finish and win my first trail in front of two club mates:)
once more crossed the finish walking through, I'm going to post Relief, I have a pigeon's egg on top of the left peroneal maléolle: (.
Emergency Management verdict sprained ankle, luckily all the bones have found their place wisely phew!

Hi to everyone,
Just a reminder: Cats and kittens that I put for adoption, under the name "Contact: Graziella of Nalinnes 10 km from Charleroi: 0498 / 56.88.17, are stray cats, abandoned or very shy.
I am not a family home, just a portion of convalescence from about 5 to 6 days, the time to sterilize and then put them back on the field.
With the growing number of kittens and cats nice and I will offer them for adoption after sterilization and visit the vet.
is why when it stays too long at my house that keeps me from continuing to sterilize stray cats and having no other means, I have to keep them in cages even if I leave a little to stretch their legs from time to time.
As some seek the peace following an operation, most of the time, all residents are waiting in a cage and when it exceeds a week, it can stress the animal and me.
